Food Allergy College Scholarships Available |

The Food Allergy & Anaphylaxis Network (FAAN) has announced their annual College Scholarship Essay Contest. High school seniors and current college students who will be continuing studies next year, who live with a food allergy, are eligible to win a $1500 college scholarship. Applicants will be considered based upon their essay submission on the topic “How Food Allergy Has Made a Difference in My Life.”
Every year, FAAN offers a limited number of $1,500 college scholarships for students who have a food allergy. Winners are selected on the basis of the essays they write. Essay Theme: How Food Allergy Has Made a Difference in My Life Eligibility: Applicants must be… - Diagnosed with a food allergy (immune system reaction) by a physician. Each finalist will be required to furnish a letter from his or her physician confirming this diagnosis.
- An undergraduate or graduate student in a program in the United States for the 2007-2008 school year. (You do not need to have selected the school that you will be attending).
