Purchase or make your own Graham Cracker Crust Filling:
1 cup cocoa powder
1 lb Nasoya or Azumaya silken tofu
1 ripe banana
¼ cup Vitasoy Chocolate Banana soymilk
1/3 cup honey
1 Tbsp vanilla extract Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350F. Combine the tofu with the cocoa powder and remaining ingredients in blender or food processor. Process until velvety smooth. Pour into the piecrust and bake for 30-35 minutes, or until the filling is firm and the crust is golden. Serve at room temperature or chilled. |
