Planet Lactose – Steve Carper, the founder of the ‘all things lactose intolerance’ blog, Planet Lactose, has gone on a spree answering FAQ’s.  Are there lactose intolerance tests available?  Should I be concerned about lactates? Will acidophilus pills help my lactose intolerance?

The list goes on as Steve addresses dozens of lactose intolerance related questions.

Steve mixes a lot of personal opinion with fact, as I think we all do in blogging and journalism, so keep this in mind when seeking your answers and always do your own research / doctor visits when considering dietary changes.
