Hannah Kaminsky's GingerbreadCongratulations to Hannah of Bittersweet Blog and Susan of Fat Free Vegan!  These "special diet" blogs proved that they could hold their own in the blogosphere, beating out top ranking food blogs to win the Best Writing and Best Theme categories in the 2007 Best Food Blog Awards, respectively.  This month, both ladies demonstrated their penchant for experimentation with a unique twist on the typical Gingerbread post.  Hannah produced a fun and informative post on Icing Gingerbread (with beautiful cookie designs that she carved by hand!), while Susan shares her recipe and trials of both wheat-based and gluten-free Gingerbread Biscotti (both fat-free of course!).
