Dairy Free Website Reaches 750 Recipes PDF Print E-mail

White Chocolate MousseCompiling recipe after recipe, GoDairyFree.org has just hit 750 dairy-free recipes to become one of the largest special diet resources of its kind.  Catering to numerous special diets, nearly 400 of the recipes are also gluten-free (GFCF), and close to 500 of the recipes are vegan (dairy, egg, honey, and meat-free).  In addition, a special feature enabling comments was recently activated allowing readers to recommend substitutions, note their results for others, and ask questions about the recipes.  The recipe section of GoDairyFree.org is a collection made possible by various contributors ...

Regulars include the site’s founder, Alisa Fleming,  and cookbook authors, such as Hannah Kaminsky, but countless other bloggers and at-home cooks write in to share their favorites. GoDairyFree.org welcomes and credits recipes and reviews from its readers and fellow bloggers, who can easily contact the editor with their suggestions via email.
