At the 2001 Kosherfest Expo, Shabtai Gourmet entered their famous ‘RING TINGS’ into the new product competition, and was awarded First Prize for their Gluten Free version of the famous all-American snack cake. The award was based on “innovativeness, originality, creativity, and taste.” At Kosherfest 2006, Shabtai Gourmet's Bell Ring Cake won the new product competition with its, rich Devils Food cake, topped with mounds of Vanilla Crème & Chocolate Icing. Also new this year, is their decadent Flourless Chocolate Cake made with rich melted pure chocolate as well as an all American Apple Pie with streusel topping.  

Shabtai Gourmet is certified Kosher by the worldwide leader in Kosher Supervision, OK LABORATORIES. Shabtai Gourmet uses dedicated production runs, with the entire facility used exclusively for the production of Gluten Free products, eliminating allergen contamination from ingredients such as wheat gluten, soy, lactose, casein, & dairy products.  Their product line includes:
