Pamela's Products, the manufacturer behind a very popular line of gluten-free baking mixes and cookies, is now hosting their third annual Greatest Gluten-free Recipe Contest: 

Ukiah, CA ~ Gluten-free foods are now so delicious they are enjoyed by everyone! That's the best reward! But, let's show the world what we can really do with amazing food, competition and prizes! One Grand Prize winner will receive a $200 Gift Certificate to a kitchen supply store, along with (of course) bragging rights and their recipe published by Pamela's Products. We'll also name two runners up who will each receive a $100 Gift Certificate to a kitchen supply store, bragging rights and the publication of their recipe.

Here's what you need to do ... create an amazing, delicious recipe of your own using the Pamela's Products Wheat Free Bread Mix. Use the mix as an all purpose flour base, test your skills by creating delicious crackers, seasonal breads, pretzels, cookies, crusts and more. Judging will be based on the creative interpretation of these classic favorites and special consideration will be given for explorations into new ideas.

Once this recipe is perfected fill out the entry form and send it in between June 1st and August 31st. There are a few more details, like you need to be over 18 years old and a US resident. We recommend that you take a moment now and read the rules.
