Can You Guess Who, or What, Gak Is? PDF Print E-mail

HomeFree CookiesYou may have already heard, but Gak's Snacks, producer of food allergy-friendly (dairy-, egg-, nut-, and wheat-free) treats has a new look and a new name, HomeFree. But before they bid a final ado to the GaK's Snacks name, the founder is putting on a little contest.  Adults and little ones are invited to send their guesses for who, or what, Gak is.  Prizes (cookies of course!) will be awarded to child and adult winners, and imagination is highly encouraged.  For details on the contest and how to enter, see below ....

Gak's Snacks Contest Info (email sent from Gak's Snacks)

Since we opened we have heard many wonderful guesses about who, or what, Gak is. Because of the actual “answer”, the name “Gak’s Snacks” will always be special to us, and we hope to you as well.

But we are growing, and with that we are changing our name to HomeFree. We hope you love the new name as much as we do! As we shift our name from Gak’s to HomeFree, we would like finally to reveal the true nature of Gak.

But not so fast! Before we do, you have a chance to send in your ideas. For the most delightful responses (whether or not they are close to the “truth”), as well as for the most accurate responses, we’ll send prizes. You guessed it – cookies! You can write one sentence guesses, or creative ideas written as poems or short stories (try to limit them to one page, please), or even pictures. And if you would like to write about “HomeFree”, feel “free” to do that as well. We’ll send cookies as prizes for that too.

1st place child: 3 cases of cookies (18 boxes), 1 Gak’s Snacks t-shirt (or sweatshirt, depending on size)
2nd place child: 2 cases cookies (12 boxes)
3rd place child: 1 case cookies (6 boxes)
1st place adult: 1 case cookies (6 boxes), 1 Gak’s Snacks t-shirt

And if we get a huge number of wonderful entries, we likely will send out some additional prizes!
