Turtle Mountain, makers of Purely Decadent, won the award for non-dairy ice cream for the seventh time. Innovation has helped keep Purely Decadent a favorite. This year Turtle Mountain introduced a new type of dairy free ice cream made with coconut milk instead of soy or rice milk.
