The following news comes direct frome the bakeshop: "Sweet Avenue Bake Shop is a vegan bakery specializing in gourmet cupcakes. We currently offer a rotating menu of around 30 different flavors with new additions every month. All of our products are vegan (dairy- and egg-free), and we also offer some gluten/wheat-free cupcakes. We are offering our signature Sweetheart Box for Valentine's Day once again this year. This year, the Sweetheart Box consists of 4 cupcakes: Sexy Sadie (our red velvet cake with dairy-free cream cheese frosting), Aztec Spicy Chocolate (a spicy chocolate cake with dark chocolate frosting and chocolate ganache), Pomegranate Champagne (a pink champagne cake with fresh pomegranate frosting), and White Room (our vanilla cake with vanilla bean frosting) topped with a frosted heart-shaped sugar cookie. The full box is available with ribbon for $15."

Since opening in August 2007 we have won various awards, such as being voted "Best Cupcakes" by Bergen Health & Life magazine. Most recently we were awarded "Best Bakery" in Bergen County by (201) Magazine.
