Our Frugal Foodie Friday feature has traditionally showcased recipes. Though we will still continue to post low-cost recipes, it seemed only fitting to also offer tips and deals during these tough economic times. Last week, you may have viewed our Amazon Grocery Deals post (yes, you can get good food deals online!), but this week, we are going in-store with coupons.

With a little guidance from our friends at Navan Foods, I have put together a list of printable and printed coupons for natural food companies that have dairy-free offerings (several also have gluten-free, vegan, and / or food allergy-friendly products). Some of the coupons are right there, waiting for you to print them and carry them to your local store, while some will be mailed to you. Either way, coupons are a fantastic way to save your pennies ... and believe me, those pennies DO add up ...

• So Delicious - $1.00 off a So Delicious product (including their new coconut milk based line)
• Glee Gum - Buy one pack, get one free with in store purchase.

• GoodBelly - Buy one Get one Free probiotic beverages (large size or multi-packs)
• FoodShouldTasteGood - $1.00 off chips
• Imagine Foods - $1.50 off 2 soups or broths
• Earth's Best - $1.00 off 10 jars organic baby food
• Earth's Best - $1.00 of Sesame Street products (very few dairy-free options)
• Kashi - $1.50 off a Kashi cereal or TLC snack
• Seeds of Change - $1.00 off organic pasta sauce

In addition to those above, I recommend checking out and signing up for Mambo Sprouts. They offer printable coupons (many more than those listed above) for online users and will ship their coupon books to certain areas. If you live outside of their shipping range, check your local natural food stores to see if they carry the copon books. Whole Foods Market offers the Whole Deal, which is a small magazine with Mambo Sprouts coupons in it. The coupons state that they are only good at Whole Foods, but I have found that most other stores will honor them, including Trader Joe's.

But wait, there is more! Smart Source and Coupons.com are two other great sources for printable coupons. Unlike Mambo Sprouts, they do not specifically focus on natural foods, so they will have a mix of coupons from "free-from" companies to the big guys.

If you don't see a company / product on this list that a) you purchase regularly and could use some cost savings on, or b) you want to try but need a little incentive to take the plunge, contact the company directly. Many have coupons available to send to interested customers.
