We have a few news-worthy headlines that didn't quite warrant full articles, but definitely deserve mention:

Divvies gets in the holiday spirit with seasonal candies and chocolates. On the Divvies' website you can order their Christmas Jelly Beans, Chocolate Turkeys, Chocolate Trees, Chocolate Snowmen, Chanukah
Jelly Beans, and Chanukah Chocolates. All sweets are dairy-free, egg-free, and nut-free. I have even seen some of the Divvies' products in natural food stores, so keep an eye out in your local area. If you need delivery, they are offering free shipping on orders of $100 or more.

The full line of Cherrybrook Kitchen products are now available for purchase in Canada. All of their baking mixes and ready-to-eat varieties can be ordered from the comfort of your home and delivered directly to your door via the online shop, Gourmet Trading. All Cherrybrook products are made in a milk-, egg-, and nut-free facility, and they do have several gluten-free products.

VitaSoy's Christmas Holly Nog and Peppermint Chocolate soymilks are now available. You can find them in natural food stores and even in many major grocers where you would find the shelf-stable milk alternatives. There are other dairy-free "nog" options available. Stay tuned as we will do a post on this topic soon.

Allergy Grocer is officially open for business with a new and improved Allergy Grocer website. Their Miss Roben's Mixes have been back in availability at Navan Foods for a couple of months now, but their full online store is finally open with a wider range of food allergy friendly selections.

Amazing Grass announces new Berry and Chocolate-Peanut Butter GreenSuperfood Bars. If these new bar flavors are as good as the original GreenSuperfood Bars, then sign me up! They are also offering a 20% discount on the bars through 12/5//09 on their website with the coupon code: BAR09.

Kids With Food Allergies releases a free e-book, From Confusion to Confidence: KFA's Starter Guide to Parenting a Child with a Food Allergy. This new guide is filled with resources and information essential for a parent of a child newly diagnosed with food allergies, including: Understanding Food Allergies and Anaphylaxis; Diagnosis and Treatment; Food Allergies vs. Food Intolerances; Coping with a New Diagnosis; and a Checklist for Managing Food Allergies.

Amy's Announces New Gluten-Free / Casein-Free products. Teasing us just a bit, Amy's has released information about some of the products to appear on shelves in the new year. That delicious vegan chocolate cake they have in the freezer section will now have a gluten-free sibling (I wish they would do this with the orange one!), and they will be adding a Rice Mac & Cheeze and Roasted Vegetable pizza to the frozen entrees section. Not located in North America? Have no fear, Amy's is working hard on a new production plant in England.
