Kirchoff ate a macrobiotic diet after being diagnosed with breast cancer – today she feels great. Inspired by her great health that she attributes to the macrobiotic diet, Kirchoff found simple healthy ingredients and created nutritious, vegan desserts, and formed GoMacro.
