30 Days to a Food Revolution: Strawberry Oat Mylk and Fruit ‘n Fiber Breakfast Shake PDF Print E-mail

Dairy Free Strawberry Oat MilkDiane at The W.H.O.L.E. Gang created a wonderful event called 30 Days to a Food Revolution, and I was thrilled when she asked me to participate. The event has even caught the attention of the true Food Revolution founder, Jamie Oliver.

Dairy Free Strawberry Oat MilkDiane explains, "Inspired by Jamie Oliver’s Food Revolution to make a difference I have asked 30 different bloggers to join me in sharing how to shift from processed foods or unhealthy foods to the foods our bodies need and love. Each food blogger will guest post on this site sharing their point of view and a recipe that is good for our bodies."

For my recipe(s), I chose to really focus on dairy-free living and went with a from-scratch Dairy-Free Strawberry Oat Milk Recipe (adapted from Go Dairy Free) with an additional Lean Fruit 'n Fiber Breakfast Shake. To view the recipes and see my everyday foodie tip, see the full post on  The W.H.O.L.E. Gang. And don't forget to comment on the post! Every comment throughout the 30 Day Food Revolution is an entry to win a fabulous prize.

Should you wish to share a comment or question with me directly, the recipes are also up on One Frugal Foodie.
