June 29, 2010 - Long Awaited Kosher Parve Whipping Cream and Coffee Creamers Ready for Distribution to Natural Food Stores and Mainstream Supermarkets Coast-to-Coast. Made from a Blend of Almonds and Cashews and only Vegan Ingredients.

Green Rabbit, LLC, the parent company of MimicCreme®, announced today the release of its truly dairy-free, non-soy, gluten-free, cholesterol-free, shelf-stable whipping cream made from a wholesome blend of almonds and cashews called Healthy Top®. Vegan Healthy Top® uses all natural flavorings for a deliciously creamy taste with no hydrogenated or fractionated oils and no polysorbate 60. Healthy Top® contains no high fructose corn syrup and all of its ingredients are non-gmo. HealthyTop® is lactose free with no hidden caseinates. The product is packaged in 16-ounce shelf-stable containers with an 18 month shelf-life and is certified Kosher parve under the Kof-k Kosher supervision.

The MimicCreme® line is also expanding with the introduction of two new flavored coffee creamers. In addition to its current offering of Original (unsweetened) Coffee Creamer, MimicCreme® is now available in two new varieties; French Vanilla and Hazelnut Biscotti. Both naturally flavored varieties are lightly sweetened with cane sugar and available in 16 ounce shelf-stable packaging with a 2-year shelf life.

Following the mission of the parent company, these 2 products are manufactured with no preservatives and based on the blend of almonds and cashews that our customers have come to enjoy. The new creamers will also carry-on the attributes of the original creamer in that they are vegan, gluten-free, cholesterol-free and contain no saturated fats. These creamers are also Kosher parve certified.
