The Consumerist allows a place for people to vent frustrations and resolve issues when it comes to dealing with Corporate America.  My husband is a big fan, and he occasionally reads stories to me from disgruntled customers of various businesses.  But today he emailed me a very interesting story, which typifies the frustrations that so many people have with our food supply, whether we have food allergies, sensitivities, or just want to feed our families REAL FOOD. A woman by the name of Kristina contacted Tropicana when she discovered that her 100% juice contained "natural flavors."  Dealing with food sensitivites herself, and a bit befuddled as to how 100% juice would contain something besides juice, she decided to contact the manufacturer just to ensure the natural flavors weren't from an ingredient that she is sensitive to.  This is her conversation with the Tropicana customer service rep.  Be prepared for some amusement and frustration rolled up into one!
