Alisa Fleming, www.GoDairyFree.org ~ Hannah Kaminsky, author of My Sweet Vegan, has taken her first step toward television with a baking demo she recently shot for Everyday Dish.  In the video, Hannah walks us through the creation of her popular Whoopie Pies, one of the recipes from My Sweet Vegan.  On her blog, Hannah professed her nervousness in creating the demo, but I was amazed how someone so young could look like such a natural in front of the camera. She definitely makes the creation of these dairy-free, egg-free sandwich cookies look easy, and covers any questions you might have in making them.
