Cranberry Pineapple SauceThe time has come!  It is finally that time of year for joyous holiday celebrations ... and stressful eating situations for anyone on a special diet.  But have no fear; I have scoured the internet for some of the best holiday tips, Thanksgiving recipes, and menu ideas that I could find.  From dairy-free to vegan to gluten-free to generally food allergy-friendly, you are bound to find something that sparks your appetite ... Enjoy ...

Karina (aka the Gluten-Free Goddess) over at Karina’s Kitchen shares her tips for a gluten-free / dairy-free Thanksgiving as well as several recipes to add a little flare to the ordinary Thanksgiving line-up … think Mexican Pumpkin Soup and Sweet Potato Black Bean Enchiladas. 

With years of experience under her belt as the mom of a milk allergic daughter, Sarah over at No Whey Mama shares her Holiday Dinner Tips for those meals away from home.

Last year we put together our “Top Tips for a Dairy-Free Thanksgiving.”  Of course, tips are usually timeless, so you will likely find a helpful hint or two for this year.
