Special Order Options (use caution due to cross-contamination potential): Several of the Arby's sandwiches contain milk simply because they have cheese or they are served on an onion or sesame bun (which both contain milk). To accomodate, we have listed the breads and meats that are non-dairy below, so that you can special order a sandwich if needed: Bread - Choose between the Honey Wheat, Ciabatta, Marble Rye, Sourdough Breakfast, Flatbread, Tortilla, or Double Cut Bun (the onion and sesame buns contain milk) Meat - Roast Beef, Roast Chicken, Roast Ham, Roast Turkey (the Genoa Salami and Pepperoni contain lactic acid starter culture, which can be derived from dairy. However, neither is noted as containing milk on the allergen/ingredient sheet) Salads - Each of the salads can be made milk-ingredient-free. For the Chopped Farmhouse Chicken Salad simply hold the cheese and keep in mind that the popcorn chicken is cooked in a shared fryer. For the Chopped Italian Salad, hold the cheese and see the note above in "meats" regarding the salami and pepperoni. For the Chopped Turkey Club Salad, hold the cheese and substitute one of the non-dairy dressings (above).
