Claire, a Go Dairy Free viewer, was kind enough to share several of her fast food findings in Canada. Harvey's is a tricky one, as Claire let us know that their white buns contain dairy (but not the 100% whole wheat buns) as do their Original Patties. Luckily, according to the Harvey's allergen chart there are still quite a few non-dairy items to choose from.
No Dairy (Milk) Ingredients (use caution due to cross-contamination potential): Burgers - Angus Patty (by itself / just the patty) Chicken - Grilled Chicken Sandwiches (including BLT) and Chicken Strips Other Sandwiches - Veggie Burger (by itself / just the patty) and Hot dog (with bun or on its own) Sandwich Toppings / Garnishes (not sauces, see below) - All but Cheese Dipping Sauces - Honey Mustard, Barbecue, and Sweet 'N Sour Salads - Grilled Chicken Salads (including BLT) Salad Dressings - Peppercorn Ranch Sides - Fries, Garden Salad, and Gravy Breakfast - Eggs, Bacon, and Homefries
