Agh! You're right. The ingredients (or at least the honesty with ingredients) seems to change all the time at these fast food monsters! Thanks for the update.

Those in the above mentioned list are made without dairy, or I should way were at the time of last update about a month ago or so. 
 
If you are highly sensitive though, of course cross-contamination should be a concern.

The nuggets didn't make the cut at our last review, but always check the nutrition fact link (goes straight to McDonalds) to verify current ingredient information.

Mayo very rarely, if ever contains milk products. It is usually a mixture of eggs, oil, and often some stabilizers. Yes, a creamy dairy-free indulgence!

Just checked the McDonalds website- looks like the Fries are dairy free! (Not vegan-friendly however, as they contain beef fat...) 
Nuggets, sadly, are not completely dairy free (they contain whey powder)

my grandson is a galactosemic child he eats chicken nuggets from mc donalds but he takes the crust off because thats where the whey is he goes in yearly for blood test and they are always low as they should be
