We inquired on fryer cross-contamination, and this is the response we received from McDonald's USA, "Our restaurants make every effort to ensure that cross contamination does not occur.  All products are kept separate and are only cooked in oil with like products.  Potato, chicken and fish products are all fried separately.  We hope this information has been helpful."

However, Suzy, a GDF reader, wrote in to tell us that "Their "lemonade" drinks are dispensed from the same machine as yogurt." Milk in the lemonade? Perhaps. As usual, use caution and ask questions as needed for you!

Also, the last two times I've gotten a grilled chicken sandwich, I've had a reaction. They supposedly us a "fake" margerine to cook them, but if for some reason they use something else, it could have dairy.
