Panda Express (Allergen Chart)*

Thanks to viewer Todd for letting us know about the allergen chart (link above) from Panda Express. THe also sent the following note on this restaurant, "A word of advice from my experiences, I spoke with a manager at my local location and he said that there may of been some milk in the egg they use in the fried rice, so I would go with the steamed rice."

his fast food chain is a great option for milk-free consumers.  If you are also gluten-free, I recommend looking elsewhere.  Dairy-free/soy-free consumers will find a few options using the allergen chart above, and Panda Express surprisingly uses peanuts in just one dish and tree nuts (cashews) in just one other dish. Of course, be sure to check on cross-contamination issues depending on the severity of the allergy you are dealing with.

Also worth noting, there are some good options that appear to be vegan, though I would check with the company on specifics using the website below.  Surprisingly, the soups, egg rolls, and spring rolls are the main dairy culprits at this establishment, so be sure to avoid those!

Items below were not noted with dairy in the ingredient list at time of review. Always verify ingredients and processes prior to consumption wherever there is a concern, as they are always subject to change, and cross-contamination in fast food restaurants should be recognized as a real concern.*
