Qdoba Mexican Grill

This is a great fast food restaurant for healthier options and "made-in-front-of-you" service where you can easily build your own from their simple menu. Be warned though that most of their "proteins" (aka meats) contain dairy. For multiple food allergens, see the link to their allergen chart below. They actually have quite a few good options.

No Dairy (Milk) Ingredients (use caution due to cross-contamination potential):

  • Rice & Beans - Cilantro Lime Rice, Black Beans, and Pinto Beans
  • Vegetables - Fajita Vegetables, Grilled Vegetables, Lettuce, and Potatoes
  • Taco Shells & Tortillas - Corn Taco Shell, Flour Taco Shell, Taco Salad Shell, Soft White Corn Tortilla, Soft Flour Tortilla, Corn Tortilla Chips, and Corn Tortilla Strips
  • Meat - Pork and Eggs
  • Sauces & Salsas - Ranchera, Poblano Pesto, Guacamole, Pico de Gallo, Salsa Roja, Fiery Habanero, Salsa Verde, Roasted Chile Corn Salsa, Black Bean and Corn Salsa, and Mango Salsa
  • Dressings - Cilantro Lime Vinaigrette
  • Soup - Tortilla Soup
  • Desserts - Brownies
