Quiznos (Allergen Chart)*

Quiznos was kind enough to email a very thorough allergen sensititivities chart for all versions of their sandwiches.  Unlike our Subway listing, this one actually tells you which to order and how.  It became evident our review of the milk-free options, that their wheat bread contains milk in some form, so stick with the white as noted:

  • Chicken Carbonara no dressing no cheese
  • Classic Club with Bacon white with dressing no cheese
  • Classic Club with Bacon white no dressing no cheese
  • Classic Italian white no dressing no cheese
  • Honey Bacon Club white no dressing no cheese
  • Honey Mustard Chicken white no dressing no cheese
  • Mesquite Chicken with Bacon white no dressing no cheese
  • Smokehouse Beef Brisket white no sauce no cheese
  • Toasty Ham white no cheese
  • Toasty Turkey white no cheese
  • Turkey Bacon Guacamole white no dressing no cheese
  • Veggie white no dressing no cheese

Very helpful! I looked at their chart, though, and it looks like the milk was removed from their wheat bread as there are now many options with wheat bread that are not marked as containing milk.

They have a new line (don't they always?!) that includes a delicious Tuscan Turkey sandwich. The sandwich comes w/ a Roasted Red Pepper sauce, if anyone determines whether this sauce is dairy-free or not, please post it here. . .

Thanks!

Quiznos has posted a very detailed allergen table in PDF form - first column is milk:
http://www.quiznos.com/subsandwiches/Menu/PDFs/allergen_table.pdf

It does appear that both their white & wheat are dairy free.

Also, these sandwiches can be enjoyed *with* dressings as long as your order *no cheese*:

Classic Club with Bacon
Baja Chicken
Honey Mustard Chicken
Roast Beef and Cheddar (no cheddar)
Tuna Melt
Oven Roasted Turkey and Cheddar (no cheddar)
Honey Cured Ham and Swiss (no swiss)
Meat Stack

Enjoy!

Sean
