Schlotzky's offers a great interactive menu on their site (see link above) that tells you what allergens are present in each menu item.  However, they do not list out specific ingredients, and pretty much every menu item (except for the few noted below) contains dairy when ordered as is.. 

Luckily, we contacted Schlotzsky's and their customer service was very helpful, "Unfortunately all of our breads contain milk." Hmm, okay, bummer. But, they also emailed a list of items on their menu (this includes complete menu items and components to special order your own meal) that are made without milk ingredients. A few menu items were noted on their website as made without milk ingredients, but were not included in the customer service email; I have noted next to these accordingly.

No Dairy (Milk) Ingredients (use caution due to cross-contamination potential):

• Wraps - Asian Chicken and Homestyle Tuna (per their website)
• Salads - Fruit Salad (per their website)
• Soup - Timberline Chili and Vegetarian Vegetable
• Breads - Panini Bread and Flour Tortillas
• Salads - Potato
• Salad Dressings - French, Honey Dijon, Light Italian, Thousand Island, and Raspberry
• Sauces - Guacamole, Light Mayo, and Thai Sauce
• Meat - Turkey, Corned Beef, Pastrami, and Roast Beef
