Schlotzsky's (Ingredients / Menu)*

Items below were not noted with dairy in the ingredient list at time of review*

Schlotzky's offers a great interactive menu on their site (see link above) that tells you what allergens are present in each menu item.  They do not actually list the ingredients though.

When we contacted Schlotzky's directly, a representative emailed this statement, "Unfortunately, all of our breads contain milk, including the pizza crust. " Unfortunately, this means simply ordering their sandwiches without cheese will not offer a dairy-free meal. Only the few options listed below were made without milk ingredients at our time of review:

WRAPS

  • Asian Chicken
  • Homestyle Tuna

SALADS

  • Fruit Salad

SOUPS

  • Ask for ingredients on daily soup selections

Visit the Schlotzsky's Website to contact the company and verify ingredients / processes
