Claire, a Go Dairy Free viewer, was kind enough to share several of her fast food findings in Canada (but be aware that cross-contamination issues should always be considered; these findings are just based upon ingredients at the time of Claire's reference):

"Dairy-containing Subs/Salads -- Chicken Bacon Ranch, Cold cut combo, Meatball Marinara, Steak & Cheese, Subway Melt.

Breads are OK except those that clearly state cheese (i.e. Italian Herb & Cheese)
Cold cut combo and meatballs DO CONTAIN dairy, other meats OK
Chipotle southwest, Ranch and Red Wine Vinaigrette DO CONTAIN dairy, other dressing OK
All cookies DO CONTAIN dairy"

And of course, hold the cheese!
