I found this information in a news listing: "GF Patisserie opened in august 2008 to provide gluten-free baked goods for celiacs and others on a gluten-free diet. Using only the best ingredients, GF Patisserie bakes fresh daily a great variety of gluten-free breads, pastries, cakes and tortes. GF Patisserie's breads, pizza crusts and Callebaut chocolate chip cookies are casein-free as well. Delivery service and online ordering. Hours: wednesday, noon to 7 p. m.; thursday, 10 a.m. to 5 p. m.; Friday, 10 a. m. to 5 p. m.; and saturday, 10 a.m. to 5 p. m."

A note on their website states, "Although GF Patisserie try's to accommodate other allergens, (some dairy free and soy free baked goods), we are unable to accommodate every allergy.  Ultimately, it is the consumers responsibility to check all ingredients to ensure safety of baked products before consumed."
