I received an email from the owner alerting me to the fact that Mehtab has a lot of dairy-free options. The menus on their website do not denote dairy-free (or vegan) options, but the fact that the owner sought out a dairy-free website to let us know about their dairy-free options, tells me that they are probably well-versed in terms of which menu items are actually dairy-free. Like most Indian restaurants, be sure to double check on ingredients like Ghee. Some consider ghee casein-free (milk protein-free since it should be purely milk fat), but it is still a dairy product that is used a lot in Indian food and may be a problem for some.

This restaurant seems to get excellent reviews and they offer a lunch buffet.
