In early 2010, Red Lobster announced that they would be upgrading their menu information to accomodate food allergies. They had begun testing a menu that lists the major allergens, including dairy, wheat, peanuts, eggs, and seafood found in their dishes. Thanks to an email from Go Dairy Free viewer Claire, we now have a link to their new allergy information and food allergen chart online for Canada (this is Canada, see the U.S. Red Lobster listing if looking for the U.S. allergen list): http://www.redlobster.ca/health/allergy/pdf/RL_Allergen_Menu.pdf Though there aren't loads of dairy-free options listed, some of the items may be special ordered to be dairy-free.
