"Swiss Chalet first brought out their allergy guide over twenty years ago, when allergy awareness was just beginning.  Now their up to date allergy guide is available at their locations as well as on-line.
 
They are known for their rotisserie chicken, chalet sause and as a reasonably priced family restaurant.   Swiss Chalet are in most parts of Canada and a hand full locations in the States.  They have been expanding their menu to include some vegetarian  options as well as some dairy free deserts. 
 
Most impressively they prepare their chickens on a dairy and gluten free work surface.  You can eat in, take out, or order delivery by phone or on line."
