"The Keg is a steak and seafood house. They do not have an allergy guide on line, but an excellent allergy binder on site, with cross contamination information. They had a reasonable amount of dairy free items as well as other "free from" menu choices. Locations most of Canada and parts of the US. We had a good experience here and have heard good things from other families with allergies."

I have actually been to the Keg many times myself in Canada. It is an excellent restaurant, but I do not recommend it at all for vegetarians or vegans. We went there with a vegetarian once, and the staff were literally deer in the headlights. The location we were at had not a thing on the menu without meat or fish. This really is a steakhouse with several chicken options for those who don't eat red meat.
