Cruzer Pizza now offers pizzas with vegan cheese from Daiya Foods. Rumor has it that the cheese melts and stretches like "real cheese." This is great for dairy-free foodies, but also for vegan, since the restaurant also has faux meats on their menu. Their vegan menu has been posted online for viewing.
