This "ice cream" shop confused me a bit, because a release article called the shop "NiceCream," but the link sends you to their site, which is KindKreme. Whatever the name, this is the first all vegan (dairy-free and egg-free) ice cream shop in the LA area. They also boast being raw and organic. Another plus - it looks like the options are soy-free and gluten-free too. They use nuts (almonds and cashews) and coconut for the creamy bases. Strict vegans should note that they do use honey in some of the flavors, but it looks like they have agave options too. The options include hard scoop, soft serve, smoothies, shakes, juice, and plenty of toppings for making Sundaes (all raw).
