Don't get me wrong, to the best of my knowledge, all of the Whole Foods Markets offer some great ready-to-eat dairy-free and vegan options in their rather sizable deli area.  However, the ones in Chicago have an added advantage.  Teese, the maker of a populary dairy-free/vegan cheese is in the area, so they get brownie points for offering pizzas made with Teese "cheese" since they are a local company (we all know how Whole Foods loves to put up those "local" signs).

Thank you to Go Dairy Free viewer, Todd for alerting us to this great find! He emailed, "One more for now is pizza from Whole Foods Market. They use Teese Vegan Cheese, the dough and pizza sauce are dairy free as well. The only location that I know as of now that carries this teese, I have checked locally but none carry it, and it was the 3300 N Ashland Ave, Chicago, IL location (773-244-4200). I recommend going on wed. because I think they have a one topping teese pizza for $8.99."

According to the people at Teese, the Whole Foods at 3640 N. Halsted Street (773-472-0400) also offers Teese pizza, but you may want to call in advance to check!
