Thanks to Jill for sending this tidbit - "California Pizza Kitchen has a great list of allergens on their website - really easy to read."

She is right, you can view the California Pizza Kitchen Food Allergen Chart online. Best of all, CPK is found in many locations, including airports (where it can be hard to find a dairy-free meal!).  Yes, the pizzas are out, as is the dessert menu (except for the a la carte brownie!), but there are a surprising amount of milk-free items to choose from.
