"We just discovered Genghis Grill--it's awesome for Dairy Free.  You build your own bowl with fresh meats and fish and vegetables and fruits.  All of their meats are plain, except for the fish and steak-which are in some sort of sauce that no one has the ingredient list.  All of their fruits, veggies and nuts are plain. Almost every single one of their sauces, with the exception of szechuan appears to be dairy free.  Just let the manager know that you need it dairy free and they'll get fresh ingredients from the back, so to avoid cross-contamination, and grill it on a different gril.  They're awesome."

This restaurant seems to be in chain expansion mode, so see their website for locations (throughout the U.S.). They have online ordering for local pick-up too.
