The Naperville Sun posted the following about Flat Top Grill:

"We're very vegetarian- and vegan-friendly," general manager David Thate said. "We're also very allergy-aware. Color-coded notations on the handwritten menu board that stretches over the bins of components indicate which foods are likely to cause allergic reactions in some people. For those who are especially sensitive, food can be cooked on a separate wok instead of on the main grill used for most of the high-heat frying."

They offer featured appetizers which come as they are, but all of the entrees (which are essentially stir fries it sounds like) are custom, made-to-order.  They are open for lunch and dinner, 7 days a week.
