I have never eaten at this restaurant myself, so I can't vouch for the quality and taste, but they do have food allergy menus on their website, so they certainly deserve a mention!  Visit www.ontheborder.com, and head to the menu section.  When I last looked, they had a small link to Allergen Info, which unleashes mini menus for all of the major food allergens.  Very cool!
