Shawn (GDF viewer) - "Panera Restaurants do a great job of listing their ingredients on the website."

They do seem to list out all of the ingredients, a huge plus!  Check out the Panera menus here - http://www.panerabread.com/menu/

I thought the web site was not helpful. I never did find a list of ingredients. I love the food there but most things contain milk or eggs which my two year old son is allergic to so... guess we'll have to find somewhere else to go. :sigh

It is hard to find the ingredients on their website, but it is there...I even emailed Panera complaining and they emailed back to me and explained how to find it...go to the website, click on the bakery or cafe menu, click on sandwiches or whichever item you are interested in and then click on each item individually. My son and I have the same issues as your son, but he usually orders just a plain meat sandwich. He loves their pumpkin muffins. They do have eggs in them, but it's not enough to bother him. I hope this helps! They also carry ingredient books in their stores.

We\'ve found them quite good. When you arrive ask for a manager. They have a notebook with all the ingredients for everything that you can look at. I have the manager put in my son\'s order and they will usually change their gloves and put new paper on the prep surface for the sandwiches. We also ask them not to cut the sandwich so that the knife didn\'t go through some containing milk that he\'s allergic to.
