Piece of Cake Catering and Desserts is a traditional, indulgent bakery filled with incredible cakes, pies, tortes, and wedding cakes.  However, several years ago they began producing desserts for special diet needs.  They now make vegan, vegan wheat-free, sugar-free, gluten free, soy-free, and brownies that have no sugar, no wheat, and no dairy.

Their menu is worth viewing, and I am guessing they can do dairy-free wedding cakes on demand.
