"In the northeast, we have a chain grocer called Wegmans.  They have a really good health food section that has a lot of allergen-free products - some are dairy free, some soy free, some gluten free, etc."

Out of curiosity, I went onto the Wegman's site and discovered a very awesome feature. They have a "browse the store" section that allows you to do a make-ahead shopping list. This is awesome, especially when you are trying to hunt down specialty foods. For fun (unfortunately they aren't in my area), I did a couple of quick searches and found that Wegman's carries both of the dairy-free frozen pizzas from Amy's, So Delicious Coconut Milk Yogurt, and Nutritional Yeast - and I was just warming up!
