Kosher Markets PDF Print E-mail

Tip from Kristy, a Go Dairy Free Reader - "I am going dairy free due to breast-feeding a child with a milk sensitivity/allergy and I have found a lifesaver, a kosher market called the seven mile market in Pikesville, MD.  Foods labeled parve are dairy free.  I have found dairy free cake icing, pizza, chicken nuggets, blueberry muffin mix, cake mix, etc.   My best advice to anyone dairy free is to find a kosher market.  Remember not all kosher foods are dairy free, just parve ones.  Kosher products are labeled with a D if they contain dairy so shopping doesn’t take much time to read food labels."
