Thanks to viewer Rebecca for sending in this recommendation:

"I just wanted to, believe it or not, suggest Ingles as a grocer.  I just found out my son has a milk allergy and initially went to Greenlife grocery (downtown Chattanooga, TN) and spent LOTS of money on dairy free items.  I then went to my local Ingles (Ringgold, GA) and found they had many dairy alternatives (soymilk, dairy free butter, organic and dairy free pancake mix [yay!], and many more).  This made it much more convenient for me and made it less expensive for me to be able to feed him and me (I'm still breastfeeding).  I didn't have to go WAY out of my way to shop for us!!"

Ingles Markets are located in Alabama, Georgia, North Carolina, South Carolina, Tennessee, and Virginia.
