  • Updates - We are unable to update these online listings regularly, for our most up to date product suggestions, See the downloadable No Dairy Product Lists
  • Product Varieties - These lists are merely suggestions of brands that are made without dairy ingredients (no casein, whey, or lactose).  In most cases, only select varieties of the product listed are free of dairy ingredients.  For complete listings of the dairy-ingredient-free varieties, see our downloadable Product Lists.
  • Assume Cross-Contamination - Cross contamination of food allergens should always be assumed in manufacturing.  Most of the products listed could be at risk for cross contamination, and therefore may contain trace amounts of milk.  If cross contamination is a concern, be sure to contact the manufacturer directly prior to consumption.
  • Special Diets - For other special diet concerns (no gluten, no soy, no eggs, dedicated equipment) see our downloadable No Dairy Product Lists.  Our product lists contain columns to help identify products that meet other special diet needs. Please note, some products that fit these special categories, may not be noted as such. We do not check off these columns unless we are able to verify the dietary status from information provided by the manufacturer.
  • Always Read the Label - Please note, product ingredients do change frequently, and products are added and removed from the market regularly. Although we will do our best to keep this information updated, our content cannot be guaranteed. With this in mind, always double-check the ingredients and allergens of every product to avoid any doubt before purchase.
