Breast Cancer: "Dairy Research is Inconclusive" PDF Print E-mail

There are many studies that have shown a link between the incidence of breast cancer and the consumption of milk; however, there are a relatively equal number of studies identifying milk as protective against breast cancer. If the evidence is not clear-cut, we feel it is not in your best interest to promote it. It is easy for both the Dairy Council and anti-dairy campaigners to handpick studies that defend their cause. Our standards require that the studies be large enough and provide sufficient evidence before presenting them.  If we uncover any well-backed information, we will certainly pass it on.
