Featured Recipe: Instant Chocolate Quinoa Milk
Friday, 14 September 2007

Chocolate Quinoa Milk(Vegan, Dairy-Free, Egg-Free, Gluten-Free, Nut-Free, Soy Free) - Quinoa is high in fiber, and well known as a balanced plant protein that provides 8 essential amino acids plus albumin.  Thanks to the creation of Quick Quinoa Powder, this nutritious pseudo-grain can take on many tasty forms, including as a milk alternative.  But why settle for plain flavored “milk,” when you can have a tall, cool glass of chocolate "milk."  This drink can be whipped up in mere minutes, and even transformed into a smoothie texture with the addition of some extra ice.  View this Recipe / View all Recipes

These two groups want parents to think about what they are packing into their children’s lunch bags when heading back to school.
