Ana ~ I decided to go on a vegan diet....if it can be called that. I do make an exception to wild tuna and salmon twice a week. But I eliminated all dairy products. I am really trying to stick to a primitive diet. I decided to do this due to a moderatly severe case of cystic acne on my cheeks. Everyone kept telling me that it was hormones, but I am 22 and my hormes cannot possible have started being out of balance at 19 and lasted so long. Typically they balance out within 6 mo to 1 year. Anyway ...

I have switched to soy milk, and eat mainly raw fruits and veggies....w/ no trace of animal products whatsoever(except for fish) and my skin is 99.9% clear. I have only one little pimple that is in the healing process. But I made this switch 1 week ago and the results are incredible. I have more energy, I sleep better, less migranes, feel lighter on my feet, and can see my waste line SHRINKING!
