Acne and Milk Related? PDF Print E-mail

Tammy, New Smyrna Beach, FL - Go Dairy Free if you have ance, you might just see it go away, give it a try ... I did and it's going away. I'm on Day 7 and I'm almost postive my acne is the result of milk and related products. We followed up with Tammy on Day 16 - Yes. The diet is still working. I miss a few t hings like yogart in the AM, but I dont miss the acne. I used to think it was the sun...and being in Florida, but ever since I was 18 I was diagnosed with 'adult' acne and had used everything on the perscription market and the meds worked but not without side effects, burning itchy skin, irritation to lotions and sun screens, red skin, inflamation ...

I never knew it could be 'milk' until I got so frustrated with everything and wondered why I was so flawed. I eat healthy and am in good physical shape, run, swim, bike, surf and lift. Apparently milk products don't agree and I hope anything I have mentioned will help someone else. My skin is clearing, I have a 'few' scabs left from the acne that 'was' before I started the program and it will be a lifetime change. Thanks again! I'm so glad I found the GoDairyFree site.
