I Went Dairy-Free for Breastfeeding PDF Print E-mail

Kathleen - It has been 4 weeks of dairy free living and I have a different baby.  My second child suffered such bad reflux he was on medicine for 2 years.  So when my third child was born and showed the same signs we put her on medicine as well.  But it didn't help totally.  She was still spitting up all of the time.  Then the Dr. suggested going dairy free in my diet to help her.  After about 5 days I had a whole new baby.  It has been a God send.  Not to mention how good I feel and the help losing the baby weight.
