Deborah of Doodles Cookies ~ I have been lactose intolerant all of my life! I could never process diary products it just gets my insides all tied up in knots.  I was able to drink Soy formula and I love Soy milk products.  Being dairy free is in my life only because my system didn't have much of a choice.  The strange thing is Chocolate doesn't bother my stomach at all and it never has.  I do also have other food allergies my big one is Pecans.  Pecans make me blow up like the Nutty Professor ...

I have done a lot of research about food allergies and I have a Organic Gluten-Free product currently on the market.  Doodles Cookies Organic Gluten Free Cookie Mix.  Since Doodles started about 3yrs ago I have made it a point to work with the allergy communities and help in any way that I can.  Right now I am starting a campaign called "To Be Aware You Have To Share"  I am hoping to start having charity bake sales and get the whole community involved because everyone should learn about how sweet life can be!
